This page describes Our policies for handling bookings, cancellations and refunds.
Cab Booking and Payment Policies
- Your cab ride will be confirmed by paying Rs. 500 in advance through UPI.
- You will have to pay 50% of the total charges upon starting of your ride. You can pay this amount through UPI or cash.
- You will have to pay toll, parking, and other charges (if and when applicable) during your ride. You can pay this amount through UPI or cash.
- You will have to pay all the remaining charges upon completion of your ride. You can pay this amount through UPI or cash.
Cancellation and Refund Policies
- You can get a full refund of your advance (booking) amount if you cancel your ride 1 day before your ride is scheduled. For example, if you have a booking on 1st August 2024, and you cancel it on or before 31st July 2024, then you can get a full refund.
- You will not get any refund of your advance (booking) amount if you cancel your ride on the same day of ride. Example: if you have a booking on 1st August 2024 and you want to cancel the ride on 1st August 2024, you will not get any refund.
